 Credit card charged but no software delivered I am absolutely dissapointed about this product. I was paying it with credit card and the card was charged. Then I got an email from the supplier and was asked for a hardware key from my machine. I tried to send this information 3 times via email, but the email always bounced back and my money is lost now:

 I knew it is dutch, but there was a hope to cope with the problem somehow, which failed.I don\'t know German at all.It is not so hard to add English to it if they want.Thank you and them however.
